Mentai Salmon is a food made from rice that is added with sliced salmon and then wrapped in mayonnaise, tobiko, or flying fish roe.

Rice seasoning ingredients:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 3 small servings of white rice
- 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons of nori powder
Salmon Seasoning Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce (spread it over the surface of the salmon)
- 150 grams of salmon

Mentai sauce ingredients
-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
- Chili powder (to taste)
- 250 ml Japanese mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons mentaiko or tobiko
How to make:
1. Combine the rice seasoning ingredients into one container and stir until evenly distributed
2. If it is evenly distributed, arrange the rice into a bowl then add the salmon slices on it
3. Combine the mentai sauce ingredients and stir until evenly distributed
4. Pour the mentai sauce that has been stirred over the salmon to taste. After that, take the torch and burn it until it turns brown
5. To make it more delicious, you can add toppings such as creamy tempura
6. Salmon mentai is ready to serve (NL)
